Narzan is medical-table natural mineral water with hydro-sulphate-calcium-magnesium content. Bottled in Kislovodsk since 1 June 1894, it possesses natural gas (mixture of carbon dioxide and inert gases).
Narzan is considered a reference mineral water in comparative analysis of other waters. During the observation period, the chemical composition of the water did not change. The water contains 20 minerals and trace elements, which is a very rare phenomenon with a relatively low total mineralization.
In addition, the content of important elements such as magnesium and calcium in Narzan water is more typical for milk than for water. One litre of Narzan contains the same amount of calcium as two glasses of milk. Magnesium is essential for the body in nervous and stressful situations, and therefore, Narzan has a calming effect on the nervous system and improves memory.
